• Consulting sessions are billed at the rate displayed on the consultation page.
• Money-back guarantee: The applicable refund window and conditions are those displayed on the offer page on which you purchased the engagement (e.g. the consultation page). If no specific guarantee is stated on that page at the time of purchase, no refund is offered.
• No outcome warranty: Consulting advice is provided on an as-is basis. I make no representation or warranty — express or implied — regarding business outcomes, revenue, profits, growth, or any other specific result. Results depend on your circumstances, execution, and factors outside my control.
